Sterile blades may vary in style but will always be awesome, and make you feel like you’re a doctor doing cool doctor stuff or maybe a mad scientist or something.

Remember when you used to play “Operation” as a kid? Well now you can do this in real life, but on mycelium in a safe environment in a sensible way. You’d struggle to do knife crimes with these, thank fuck, because the blades are tiny, so we don’t have to worry about anyone getting up to that sort of mischief. Maybe if it was neon green and had some notches cut out then we’d be concerned but this a normal knife for normal mycology stuff. 

You’ll need a tool like this for transferring mycelium from agar plate to agar plate (or to grain once you’ve refined it), scraping spore prints, stuff like that. Nice sterile blades so you can swap them out for re-sterilisation once you’ve dirtied them up, and an easily wipeable handle. Lovely.
