Storage:

• Store both products in a cool, dark place
• Use the grain as soon as possible but definitely within six weeks
• Use the coir as soon as the grain has been fully colonised
• Not sure why you’d wait any longer than that but I won’t judge
• You could even freeze the coir if you wanted to, it’s fine
