European Shipping Rollout / GPSR

Currently all sales to the EU are on hold whilst we ensure our compliance to new GPSR legislation.

We are working on a phased rollout offering an expanding product ranger over the next month. 

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) came into effect on December 13, 2024. Starting on that date, all consumer products sold in the EU must comply with these new regulations.

The GPSR aims to ensure that products are safe for consumers and requires companies to provide clear contact information for an EU-based Responsible Person (EU Agent) for product safety inquiries.

At MycoPunks, we are dedicated to meeting the highest safety standards. In line with the GPSR, we ensure that all products sold on our website fully comply with EU safety requirements before reaching our customers.
