Where is my heckin order?

Some of our products (agar, sterile products etc) are made to order, this means they take a few days to be ready to ship. We have a lead times page which can give a more solid idea of when you can expect your order to arrive.

I've got a problem with my order!

  • Lost, damaged in transit orders.
  • Defective or contaminated items.
  • Order should have arrived by now according to our lead times page.
  • I need to cancel or change an order.

You should use the new support centre.

We aim to get back to you within one working day, but please allow up to 48 hours (during weekdays).
