Where is my heckin order?
Some of our products (agar, sterile products etc) are made to order, this means they take a few days to be ready to ship. We have a lead times page which can give a more solid idea of when you can expect your order to arrive.
I've got a problem with my order!
- Lost, damaged in transit orders.
- Defective or contaminated items.
- Order should have arrived by now according to our lead times page.
- I need to cancel or change an order.
You should use the new support centre.
