The grain got contaminated although all precautions were applied to avoid contamination.

Ordered a certain flow unit but a cheaper that I didnāt order arrived and faster than expected,thatās how I knew before opening it wasnāt correct.I was asked to leave it on the delivery pallet whilst investigating.Unfortunately the delivery person had taken that back.Offered a choice of resolution and took the easiest option for both parties.Would have liked the one I ordered as now left with little space accommodating 2.

Thanks for your honest review and you're correct, we made a mistake sending you the unit you ordered, but with a different filter. After checking the logistics of taking this unit back to change the filter were not ideal, we discussed sending out the correct filter and made sure you were comfortable with changing yourself.
We felt this resolution was better for you, as you are left with an additional Ā£279 HEPA filter as a replacement. As we didn't receive any correspondence mentioning the inconvenience of having less space accommodating the spare 4x2 filter, we were unable to make a recommendation. However I would've been happy to arrange collection and a credit in place of the additional filter.

All came in a quick timeframe, and packaged up securely. Everything turned up as expected and advertised. All seems good quality material.
Also came with some extras in the box with some useful info leaflets and some discounts for similar companies.
