V8+ Agar is ultra high nutrient, perfect for reviving tired genetics or testing batches of liquid culture before putting to spawn.

It contains V8® Juice, distilled water, agar and CaSO4

Pre-poured in our 90mm triple vented plates, ready for use in an aseptic environment (E.g. still air box / flow hood)

Some condensation is expected in transit, agar pre-pours have a high water content. We recommend putting them in a cool dark place for a few days stacked with the ziplock end facing up (plates facing down), consistent temperature will reduce condensation.

 

Important

Plates sealed in ziplock bags in packs of 10, please inspect when they arrive to ensure no damage or issues.
