We use only the finest Marks and Spencer's russet potatoes when making roast potatoes at home.   But in the this product we use ONLY lab grade potato infusion, not "Smash" or potato flakes. 

This is a classic media recipe for fungal cultures, if you choose to add in activated charcoal it has some antibacterial properties and a jet black contrasting plate for viewing those lovely rhizomorphs.
