We understand that the times, they are a-changing, and many companies are embracing the use of what’s been euphemistically termed “AI” to perform many essential company functions, from the small stuff like polishing up a picture all the way up to the big stuff like customer service (or god forbid, generating your whole website).

This is our position on it:

We like technology. Technology is good. There are some elements of the workload that this kinda tool can help with, such as data validation, making quick and dirty memes, or working out how little we can pay the staff before they go on strike. Just data validation and memes then really.

We will never use AI to speak to you, whether that’s via email, customer service, product listings, or blog posts. 

Specifics

How we use AI:

• Generating reports and interpreting data. 
• Creating code snippets for our website using the built in "sidekick".

How we won't use AI:

• Graphics / videos / illustration / design / branding
• Writing content writing / product pages / instructional
• Performing any automated actions based on interpreted data
• Customer support
• Communication via email
