Nice and easy kit to work with, be wary tho this is a gateway drug, once you see how fun growing mushrooms is from these grow kits and you start exploring other methods in cultivation it won’t be long untill your hooked 😂iv gone from this beginner grow kit to a full lab set up and doing my own experiments in only a few months (all from mycopunks) another 10/10 from me !!
another essential piece of kit, finding a good size 15psi (Mike Tyson voice) pressure cooker in the uk is a pain in the A, as a matter of fact finding a lot of suitable equipment in the uk is hard as a beginner but mycopunks have had everything iv needed for my lab/set up
An essential piece of kit if you plan to get serious, really happy with it. my workflow has increased massively I feel like I’m making agar plates and transfers just for the sake of it now 😂10/10

Mycopunks are a great example of the new artisan business model of the new age we're entering (perhaps this is the Archaic Revival in action). Just like the micropubs that are springing up everywhere offering good beers from small scale brewers, Mycopunk offer great products, produced by enthusiasts and you also get the chance of communicating with a human being should you have any questions. I must add that I also align with the companies' ethics that are often referenced in the accompanying literature.

This little attachment is a great feature to the mono tubs no messing about and just fits in the slot like a dream, feels well built and highly recommend them
We love using the white millet. It's quick and easy to use. Follow the Mycopunk cheat sheet and add 500ml water to 1kg of millet and whack it on the autoclave for happy spawn every time!
