We’re people too, we buy stuff, and we like to know that if anything goes wrong it’ll be made right. That’s what this is.

Perishable items (any sterile or pasteurised product - grain, substrate, grow kits, liquid culture media, liquid culture, mycelium products)

If you’ve just changed your mind and would like to send something back contact us!

Please do open your package when it first arrives as we've got the best chance of fixing things for you if you let us know as soon as possible.

If an item arrives and we’ve sent the wrong item, then get in touch within 60 days, and we’ll arrange to send out the correct replacement. We may require you to send back the original item - we will discuss with you the best way to go about this depending on the item, and will cover costs associated with the delivery method that we agree on

If an order arrives and there are missing items, then get in touch within 60 days, and we’ll arrange to send out a replacement and will cover associated costs of delivery.

If an item arrives and it’s clearly damaged or faulty, then get in touch within 60 days and we’ll arrange a replacement. In most cases we will need photographs, in some cases we may need the item sent back to us (as above, we will discuss the best method with you and pay for any agreed costs), so please don’t throw anything away before we’ve had a conversation.

Before 6 months:

Under UK law, if an item that you purchase from MycoPunks appears faulty within six months, then we will either repair or replace it, at our cost. 

Over 6 months:

If it’s over six months since you received the goods and a fault has appeared, send us an email, we’re happy to discuss options. We’d expect most of our products to last longer than six months, so we’ll do what we can. It is possible that we will need to inspect the item and issue a partial refund, depending on use/condition. 

If we are unable to help due to elapsed timeframes, it may be that the manufacturer’s warranty is able to provide a replacement. If this is the case, we will provide the relevant details needed for you to get in contact

Returning Items

Please don’t just send us back any items without first emailing us. We need to know what is wrong, when the item will be returning (if applicable), and to discuss the best return options.
