Here is the rundown with shipping:

Lead Times

This is the amount of time it takes before we are ready to ship our order. Some of our products need to be made in batches, sometimes we have it ready to ship but sometimes we don't. So to be on the safe side, we try and communicate how long the process takes with you on the products pages and on our lead times page.

Shipping Methods & Prices

UK orders are currently shipped express by DPD and in some cases Royal Mail. Non UK orders are sent via UPS.  Shipping costs are calculated at the point of checkout based on size, weight, cost of packaging and destination. 

Sterile Products & Other Perishables

It's important to take your fresh products out of the packaging, store them correctly when they arrive, and also check that everything you ordered is there. Information will be on the product page.

You can see the places we send to on our Delivery Info page. We are always working on adding new shipping destinations, keep an eye on socials for new info!

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for mainland UK customers using the code FREESHIPPING on orders over £65, orders over 35kg are not eligible for this offer. This might be subject to change.

Delivery Times

You can see our Delivery Info page for expected waits after we ship your order. We do not guarantee next day delivery although a majority of our UK deliveries arrive next day. Allow additional time during holiday seasons.

Tracking

All of our parcels are sent tracked. When your order is shipped out you'll get an email with tracking shortly after. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. 

Delivery Preferences

DPD (UK) deliveries normally give the following preferences which can be specified using the DPD app or delivery notification link.

• Leave in a safe place - E.g. porch, side gate etc
• Leave with a neighbour - Specify a neighbours house for delivery.
• Deliver to a DPD Pickup Shop - Redirect the parcel to the nearest pickup point for collection later with QR code.
• Reschedule delivery - Pick a different day.
  

UPS (Europe / Worldwide) deliveries don't have many options. In most cases ou need to be around to sign for your parcel. 

• Safe location - Limited to select countries.
• UPS Access Points - Redirect your parcel to a collection point.
