Sabaku Desert Dirt
Description
Description
Approx. 1.1KG per bag.
We purchased a tonne of Desert Dirt when Seth decided to call it a day with Sabaku. I hated the idea of such an incredible mix just fading off into the ether.
I use this mix for all of my Lophophora, it’s just incredible.
Japanese Volcanic Clays Blended by Hand into Premium Potting Mixes for Cacti and Succulents
CENTURIES OLD JAPANESE TECHNIQUES
The soils and substrates we use in our mix have the benefit of centuries of road-testing by Japanese horticulturalists for use in growing delicate and sensitive bonsai. Today, similar mixes are used by some of the best cacti and succulent growers in Japan and Asia.
FOR GROWERS IN THE UK AND EUROPE
These premium cactus and succulent mixes are a carefully balanced blend of Japanese volcanic clays, grits, pumice, and a dash of coconut coir which results in a fast-draining substrate that can help you maintain the right moisture levels for your plant’s fragile, rot-prone roots.
It may come at a premium - but the cacti love it. All of mine are in it or mixes with compost thereof. And it gives a nice aesthetic look around the body of the plant as well. Recommended!!
Hoping this will be good for propegati
