It highlighted how much more can be learned from people in the industry who are producing at scale. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you don't know, Mycelia are one of the longest running mushroom spawn producers in the EU, started by \u003cspan\u003eMagda Verfaillie back in the mid 80s before mushrooms were even cool.
