Sadly we cannot guarantee* free replacement of items which apply to the following:
- We cannot replace products where you have mentioned misuse of the product (E.g. cultivation of those species) you will be issued a refund providing no other exclusions apply.
- Items which have been misused, improperly stored or damaged whilst in your care.
- Items which have been disposed of without photographic evidence of issues.
- Changing mind on colour, flavour etc or things not pertaining to quality, integrity or performance.
- Your request is outside the 30 day delivery period.
- Abuse of our goodwill.
We may still replace, refund or offer store credit for excluded items at our discretion or offer a discounted replacement, please contact us via support to see if this is possible.
